Founded by Tom Moore (ex-Crust Bakery) and brought to life in collaboration with a team some of Victorias' best hospitality superstars, our bakery-focused cafe in the heart of Victoria embodies our mantra 'good food, made here.' Whether you savour one of our daily hand-crafted sandwiches in our sit-down cafe area, or perhaps enjoy a cheeky drink or two and some pizza on our patio, or perhaps you might want to grab a delectable pastry and coffee to go, we strive to offer an inviting experience for everyone, which will have you coming back for more, time after time!

At Tombo, we approach everything with intention - from seasonal menus and scratch-made baking to fostering a connection with our staff and community by supporting local farmers, winemakers and suppliers. 

Our space here at 732 Yates Street has been revitalised with care by local creatives from Hansenbuilt Design, Story Construction and Becoming Design, who have worked together to create a space that reflects the heritage of the building whilst bringing an exciting big city vibe to downtown Victoria.
